Scammers - A Song That Can Exist ( Jehu & Chinaman 2014, cassette )
Čovek iz Missourija Phil Diamond je očito mutikaša i esteta finije sorte. Pervertiranim ukusom za kolažiranje je poslao jednu od elegantnijih i živopisnijih pop dopisnica. Šteta što je malo ljudi to čulo i videlo, ali ima takva stvar i svojih prednosti. Ono što je podloga u matrici jesu uticaji Scotta Walkera i Billyja MacKenzija, u specifičnostima koje su jednake onome što svačijem zdravlju nudi obrok sirove hrane. Sporadična prekrivanja i nijansiranja muzikom Angela Badalamentija i zamišljanja kako bi sve to Pulp u svojim volšebnijim trenucima omažirao navedenim junacima, dovode album do žara aforizma. Možebiti to najjače govori o Scammers konciznosti. Scammers je inače pseudonim koji je Diamond izabrao da potpisuje svoja izdanja.

ANA THREAT - Cease to Exist / Cease to Resist ( 7" Rex Roval / Trash Rock Productions )
I
u ovakvoj stvarnosti ima još uvek volje da singlica Austrijanke Anne
Threat bude jedan od dogadjaja sezone.
A strana -> Cease
to Exist ima rani ralphrecords/ovski sentiment pre
otudjenosti, negoli usamljenosti .
B strana -> (u) Caese
to Resist koristi totemske r’n’r obrasce ( koje su koristili i Suicide i The
Fall i Jesus and Mary Chain i The Cramps..
) kao grunt preko koga glasuje iz dubina regresivne hipnoze.
Čini
(mi) se da Ana Threat neguje auto-destrukciju , a bez
komešanja obrazaca i zavodljive entropije ne bi imala uzbudljiv i dramatičan
špacirung po trashu.

prätendiert mit einer Singleaufnahme auf das Piadestal der Saison.
